REGISTRATION
Registration is not required, but is optional and will speed and simplify online shopping for returning visitors. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about your order.

Red Rooster collects your information in order to facilitate your participation in the activities you select and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. If you enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact you regarding the contest or prize awards. PROFILE
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files and clear gifs to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to improve the content of our Site for you.
We do not share your profile with other third parties.
AGGREGATE INFORMATION
We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. We share it in order to provide relevant partner content to our visitors.

DATA AND CHILDREN
To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the laws designed to protect children, children under the age of 18 should not provide any data. We will not knowingly collect, use, or disclose data from a minor under the age of 18, without obtaining prior consent from a person with parental responsibility (parent, guardian). The Site is a general audience Site that is not designed nor intended to collect data from children under the age of 18. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use other third parties such as Shopify Plus, Shopify Payments, United Parcel Service, and Klaviyo to provide shopping cart, shipping, credit card processing and email list management on our Site. When you sign up for mailing lists or order items online, we will share name, email addresses, shipping address, and credit card information as necessary for such third party to provide that applicable service.
