Red Rooster Cookie Jar Company, LLC (“Red Rooster”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the sole owner of the information collected on, and all sub-domains hereafter referred to as “Websites” or “Sites”.

Red Rooster collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Websites.  By ordering our products and using our services, you are consenting to the data collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy, as modified from time to time by us in our sole discretion.  We reserve the right to modify our Policy and invite you to consult this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to familiarize yourself with any changes. We will post any new Privacy Policy on our Websites, changing the date at the top of such Privacy Policy.


Registration is not required, but is optional and will speed and simplify online shopping for returning visitors. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about your order.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

When you place and order you will receive a confirming email from us and may receive an additional confirming email, with shipment tracking information, from the shipper UPS. See the “Communications” section for additional information.


From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our Site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information may include contact information (such as name and email address), and demographic information (such as zip code).

We use this information to monitor Site traffic, personalize our Site (via the use of anonymous information collected in surveys), and to send participants an email newsletter.

We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice, subject to the terms herein.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our Site.  Red Rooster does not store this information.


Red Rooster collects your information in order to facilitate your participation in the activities you select and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. If you purchase or register for our products and services, for example, the information is used to fulfill your order. If you enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact you regarding the contest or prize awards. Your personal information may also be used to track customer preferences to provide a customized Site experience. 

Red Rooster may collect information about the use and ordering of our products and services and the Site, including, without limitation, product ordering information, types of services used, how many users we receive daily, Site pages visited, and the internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer. By submitting your data, you expressly consent to such uses. This information is generally collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually, although IP address and Session ID in relation to purchases and downloads may be tracked as part of Red Rooster's customer order review and fraud prevention efforts. Red Rooster may use aggregate, nonidentifying statistical data for improving the Sites and our products and services, providing more relevant experiences to our customers and for statistical analysis.

We will occasionally send you information on products, services and updates to our Web Sites. You can sign up for these emails on our registration page.

Service-Related Announcements

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email notifying you of such service suspension.

Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you to respond to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.


We store information that we collect through cookies, log files and clear gifs to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to improve the content of our Site for you.

We do not share your profile with other third parties.


We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. We share it in order to provide relevant partner content to our visitors.

We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.


We DO NOT share personally identifiable information with third parties except as described in the “Service Providers” and “Legal Disclaimer” sections below.


To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the laws designed to protect children, children under the age of 18 should not provide any data.  We will not knowingly collect, use, or disclose data from a minor under the age of 18, without obtaining prior consent from a person with parental responsibility (parent, guardian). The Site is a general audience Site that is not designed nor intended to collect data from children under the age of 18. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.


We use other third parties such as Shopify Plus, Shopify Payments, United Parcel Service, and Klaviyo to provide shopping cart, shipping, credit card processing and email list management on our Site. When you sign up for mailing lists or order items online, we will share name, email addresses, shipping address, and credit card information as necessary for such third party to provide that applicable service.


We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.


We provide you the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes when we ask for such information. For example, if you purchase a product or service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or promotional communication.


As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

We use a third-party tracking service, Google Analytics and Network Solutions Stats, that uses cookies, and log files to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our Site in the aggregate including page visits, times and referrers to the Site in order to monitor and enhance our Site content.


A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on our Site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Site.

We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our Site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We and our third party content or advertising partners employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a.
