Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund for store credit or a partial refund for amounts charged back to your credit card account.

REFUNDS

After receiving notification of your issue, our team will assess the validity of your claim. Please allow at least [4] days from the filing of your claim to process your Refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Any purchase made with discount codes or promotional offers

Items purchased and shipped internationally (outside of the United States)

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Red Rooster Cookie Jar. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Red Rooster Cookie Jar ships through all major carriers in the United States.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Red Rooster Cookie Jar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Red Rooster Cookie Jar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
