A lighter version of a NY style cheesecake this is my Nana's recipe for a traditional almond Italian cheesecake. Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

The same as our Nana's Italian, but instead of almond we add a fruit swirl and more fruit on the top. Baked to order. Must be ordered at least 3 days in advance

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. Baked with a traditional graham cracker crust and the key lime custard pie, we add a special touch, an extra layer of key lime mousse! Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

We have many different flavors that we add often, however you can choose from our usual flavors. If making a special request, please remember that sometimes items are seasonal due to ingredient availability. Also, we must have at least 3 days in order to bake your special request due to our order schedule.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. Choose from one of our 9" pies baked with homemade from scratch crust just like Grandma used to make. Must be ordered at least 3 days in advance

Please call ahead to see if we have any before ordering. Especially during the holiday season we typically will not make them.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. A chocolate cookie crust with chocolate cheesecake and a chocolate ganache and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips. Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. A Nutter Butter cookie crust with a peanut butter cheesecake topped with a peanut butter ganache and crushed Nutter Butter cookies. Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. Baked with an Oreo cookie crust and Cookies and Cream flavored cheesecake and bits of Oreos then topped with crushed Oreos. Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. Baked with our Signature cookie crust and Baileys' baked into the cheesecake and topped with a Baileys' glaze and crushed .Biscoff cookies. Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. This top-of-the-line gourmet cheesecake is baked with crushed cannoli shells mixed with graham cracker crumbs and our own cannoli filling mixed into the cheesecake batter with mini chocolate chips, then topped with a chocolate ganache and whipped cream and sprinkled with more cannoli shells. Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 DAY LEAD TIME. Baked with a Biscoff cookie crust, a pumpkin cheesecake and topped with whipped cream and more crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs! Baked to order and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

Every week we try to offer 1-2 flavors of our cheesecake slices. If ordering online be aware that if you don't call to find out what we have, you may not get the flavor you want.
